I love the work! Just from a design perspective (lots of conversation to be had about categories and concepts like BIPOC etc) I think the figure design is great, graphs are simple, clean. I might mess around with a little color to really emphasize that gap in the 3rd image, but honestly it’s awesome! Thank you for sharing!

it’s much clearer with your addition. And yes, my team has had many conversations around the use of the term BIPOC. It’s a complex discussion
