Drug overdose deaths have surged across the United States and reached a historic high in recent years. Communities across the country have prioritized behavioral health as a top issue for action. In partnership with other community agencies, Franklin County Public Health is tracking their response with Franklin County Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Evaluation System (CARES) - a community platform focused on data-driven strategies that consider community conditions of addiction, including financial security, access to healthy food, and other basic needs.

In this webinar, Franklin County Public Health will share how they have collaborated with Conduent Healthy Communities Institute to build a platform that:

  • Provides insight into the risk factors, health outcomes, and social determinants of addiction
  • Coordinates resources for overdose and addiction prevention, outreach, and recovery
