The Statewide Spatial Equity Analyst administers all aspects of the statewide Pro-Equity Anti-Racism Geographic Information System (PEAR GIS) and serves as a specialist in GIS technologies and technical spatial data management. This team member is part of the Innovation & Performance team and works with subject matter experts throughout Washington State agencies to drive Pro-Equity Anti-Racism outcomes, reducing disparities in 15 determinants of equity.
