Join us! The Statewide Equity Accountability Analyst is a vital member of the Washington State Office of Equity’s Innovation & Performance Team. This position’s primary objective is to advance equitable access and reduce disparities across state government. The analyst is responsible for developing a comprehensive accountability framework and collaborating closely with the Office of Equity team and various state agencies. This role includes managing performance reporting, data analysis, and recommendations for corrective action. Additionally, the analyst provides guidance to agencies to support the adoption and ongoing use of the Pro-Equity Anti-Racism (PEAR) framework. Reporting directly to the Director of Innovation & Performance, this remote flexible role is instrumental in shaping and implementing the Office of Equity’s accountability framework, resulting in a more equitable and inclusive statewide government. Annual salary: $72,552 - $97,596
