Seeking resources re: community resilience measures for data collection

Hi all, could anyone help me by sharing journal articles or weblinks regarding quantitative data collection methods measuring, community assets, community resilience or community salutogenesis for minoritized groups?
This is in the interest of developing data collection methods with the intention to learn how to support what’s working for communities, rather than measuring disparities or deficiencies.

You might want to check out the KU Center for Community Health and Development, in Lawrence Kansas. Especially the evaluation checkbox Home - Community Check Box Evaluation System (ku.edu). They were early leaders in measuring collaboration, systems changes, and using data for empowerment of community change efforts. Vicki Collie-Akers in particular has done a lot of community capacity assessment.
