Hello We All Count members,
Our organization, REDF, has just released an RFP for the evaluation of CA RISE, the nation’s first statewide capital and capacity-building investment in employment social enterprises. See the attached document, we are inviting evaluators to submit responses by June 14. Note that anyone submitting a proposal must also have a complete submission for Opportunity 7, in the CA RISE RFI.
