We are about to release an RFP for an individual or organizational researcher to examine our current DEI metrics and develop recommendations for improving them or developing a new approach. I’d appreciate recommendations for researchers to whom to send the RFP.
I’d recommend Dr. Rochelle Ford, dean of the School of Communications at Elon University. She was the driving force behind the development of the new DEIA standards for the Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications.

I’d recommend Dr. Lisette Garcia. She has extensive experience in the DEI space and has actually worked with many organizations on that very thing.
