We’re reviewing our data use agreement, which attempts to put as much ownership as possible with the populations we’ve engaged and to not share the data outside of the scope of its intended purposes. At the same time, the upcoming Open Data week/month, has me wondering how to balance community ownership of data and making data accessible?
