We used the data biography detailed questions for the 1st time in a project. We are using administrative data and asked the program leads to answer the questions.
They both expressed how valuable they found the exercise of answering the questions and how it made them thing about how people encounter the program enrollment process.
It was information we need for our work but having them answer it explicitly had additinal benefit.
