"APCO Insight®, the research, strategy and measurement consultancy within the global advisory and communication firm APCO Worldwide, is seeking a Research Operations Team Lead (associated director or director of research equivalent) to develop and lead client accounts. The position may be based in Washington, D.C., New York, Chicago or Raleigh.
In this hands-on role, the Research Operations Team Lead will be responsible for raising the standard of APCO Insight’s research offer through application of best practices and current trends in research and data analysis, cultivation of internal teams, and partnership with external resources. This individual will contribute to the overall direction and success of the firm through building efficiency, enhancing skills and developing new research offers. This position will serve as the intersection of APCO Insight’s opinion research and secondary research techniques, digital and social media research, data analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role will be primarily internal, but also will serve as expert counsel to colleagues and clients on research and analysis options. This individual will be part of the Insight leadership team."
