The [University of Cincinnati Evaluation Services Center](https://uc.edu/evaluationservices.html) (UCESC) is growing! UCESC plans to hire two full-time **Research Associates** to lead and/or assist with community based-evaluation projects that change lives and systems. Team members apply equitable research methodologies for a wide variety of projects in the fields of education, human services, and public health. The position has the potential for a hybrid telework schedule after the 60-day orientation period is completed. Applicants must apply online.

**Required education and experience:**

- An earned master’s degree by time of appointment in a related field (e.g., evaluation, education, statistics, data sciences, public health, psychology, or sociology)
- Two years of experience managing quantitative or qualitative data in either an academic or a community setting.
