I am working on a toolkit for libraries to evaluate library programming, purchasing, and services. One section pertains to creating metrics to measure desired outcomes. We will emphasize the importance of metrics that are equity centered and culturally responsive. Are there any existing resources to guide this type of metric writing? Do you have any examples or frameworks for this?
