I love the work! Just from a design perspective (lots of conversation to be had about categories and concepts like BIPOC etc) I think the figure design is great, graphs are simple, clean. I might mess around with a little color to really emphasize that gap in the 3rd image, but honestly it’s awesome! Thank you for sharing!

This is such a great suggestion! Thank you for your help 🙂 it’s much clearer with your addition. And yes, my team has had many conversations around the use of the term BIPOC. It’s a complex discussion
